What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual Direction is an ongoing conversation concerning God’s presence and activity in your life with an emphasis on how you can draw closer to God and be more confident in God’s love for you.

Spiritual Direction provides an environment of security in which to discern God’s speaking into your life and to help you grow in the practice of conversing with God (prayer).

In regular video or phone meetings with Kenny Payne (CSD), you will explore your awareness of your interior life, especially as it relates to your relationship with God and others. Our conversations will serve as a catalyst to ongoing meditation and contemplation of the cadences of grace in your life.

Your first session is free in order to allow you to experience spiritual direction and determine if you would like to continue. After the initial session the cost for each session is $100 payable before the beginning of the session.

If you are incapable of paying the fee for spiritual direction, talk with me about your circumstances. I do not want anyone who desires to receive spiritual direction to be turned away for financial reasons.
